3.1 Payment Method: Payments for online orders must be made via Bank Transfer / Direct EFT.
3.2 Order Processing: Orders will be processed, packed, and dispatched only after full payment has cleared into our designated bank account.
3.3 Total Price: The order total includes the price of the products and applicable shipping fees calculated based on the delivery address provided.

4.1 International Shipping: International orders are shipped via DHL or an equivalent international express carrier.
4.2 In-Store Pick Up: Local customers within Kenya may select in-store collection at our Nairobi office during regular business hours.
4.3 Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import tariffs, and taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of all duties and import taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Shipping fees cover transport costs only.
