If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@africanwildlifesafaris.com.

Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund of the item purchase price (excluding postage fees).

Documentation: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or tax invoice.

Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.

Bundled Items: If a product was purchased as part of a set, bundle, or package, the entire set must be returned to qualify for store credit or a refund.

Store Credit: Non-faulty returns submitted with valid documentation within 14 days of receipt are eligible for online store credit.
